Among my motor bikes there is my Wooden Vespa. A foolish idea that combines my love for bikes with that of woodworking.

all components wooden made, except: engine, steering head, handlebar central part, hubs and brakes, fuel tank, electric systems, transmissions, pneumatics, seat springs
WOODS
red cedar, tulipiè, beech, boxwood, wenghè, ash, 12 mm birch plywood, 2mm veneer oak
WORKING TECHNICS
conventional woodworking, woodturning, fiberglassing, metal and scooter mechanics
WORKING HOURS
about 750 for planning, prototypal and final realizations, hand finishing
WORKING TIME
start on June 2013 - finish on October 2015
COST
about €1.500 (not including manpower and projecting)
